Open a new order
- Open Orders.
- Filter for new or unprocessed orders.
- Select an order.
- Compare the order with the marketplace order number.
Pick the cards
Use the location shown for each order line. Confirm:
- card name and set;
- collector number and variation;
- condition and language;
- ordered quantity.
Keep the picked cards together with the order number until packing is complete.
Pack the order
Use protection that fits the card value and shipping method. For example:
- sleeve and rigid protection;
- team bag or sealed inner packaging;
- padded envelope or box;
- extra protection for graded cards or larger orders.
Add tracking
When tracking is available:
- enter the tracking number;
- choose or confirm the carrier;
- save the shipment;
- check that the marketplace receives the update.
If an order cannot be completed
Do not mark it shipped. Check:
- whether the physical card is missing;
- whether the condition differs;
- whether another sale used the stock;
- whether the marketplace allows cancellation or a buyer message.
Correct the inventory after resolving the order so the same stock problem does not repeat.
