Your TCG STATS inventory represents the cards you physically own. Listings and marketplace quantities are based on this inventory.
What each inventory item records
An inventory item can include:
- card and variation;
- condition and language;
- total and available quantity;
- purchase price and source;
- storage location;
- images;
- connected listings;
- pricing information.
Ways to add inventory
Choose the method that fits your stock:
- add cards manually for a small number of cards;
- use CSV import for a spreadsheet;
- use the camera scanner from a phone;
- use Auto Scan for larger scanner batches.
Keep the count trustworthy
Only enter cards that are physically present. When a card moves, sells or changes condition, update the inventory so every marketplace receives the correct quantity.
If the physical box and TCG STATS show different quantities, pause new listings and correct the inventory first.
