Overview

Get started with TCG STATS

Set up your account, add your first cards and prepare your first sale.

TCG STATS keeps your cards, marketplace listings and orders together. You enter a card once, then decide where you want to sell it.

Before you begin

Have these ready:

  • the email address you want to use for TCG STATS;
  • the name of the place where your cards are stored;
  • a few cards you can use for your first test;
  • login details for a marketplace, if you want to connect one now.

You do not need product codes, API knowledge or a finished spreadsheet. If you do have a spreadsheet (CSV) already, you have use this in our importer.

  1. Create your account

The three parts of TCG STATS

Inventory

Inventory is what you physically own and acts as your source of truth for your inventory. A card can only be sold while enough quantity is available in inventory.

Listings

A listing is the sale offer customers view. One inventory item can have listings on more than one marketplace.

Orders

Orders arrive after a sale. TCG STATS uses them to reserve or remove the sold quantity so you can not sell the same card twice.

Start small. Add two or three cards and complete the whole flow before importing your full stock.
