## Read the current status

Open the listing and find the latest marketplace status or error. Keep that message available while checking the steps below.

## Check the inventory item

Confirm:

- available quantity is greater than zero;
- card and variation are correct;
- condition and language are supported;
- selling price is present;
- required images are present;
- the product has the marketplace match it needs.

CardTrader and Cardmarket require a catalog match. eBay listings require an image and may reject prices below its minimum.

## Check the connection

Open **Settings → Connections**:

- reconnect an expired account;
- check the intended marketplace or store;
- review eBay business policies;
- open the Cardmarket extension for waiting browser actions;
- confirm CardTrader, Shopify or WooCommerce credentials are active.

## Retry safely

Correct the cause first, then retry once. Repeated retries without a change usually produce the same error and make the history harder to read.

## Marketplace-specific checks

### eBay

Check merchant location, payment, shipping and return policies. Confirm the card has an image.

### Cardmarket

Open the Cardmarket page requested by the extension. Check product matching and remember that graded cards are not published through this flow.

### CardTrader

Check the blueprint match and API token.

### Shopify or WooCommerce

Check the store connection, inventory tracking and product settings.

If the error remains, contact support with the exact message and listing details.
