A marketplace connection lets TCG STATS publish listings, receive orders or update stock for that sales channel.

## Supported connection types

| Marketplace | Connection method           | Important detail                          |
| ----------- | --------------------------- | ----------------------------------------- |
| eBay | eBay API | Business policies must be ready |
| Cardmarket | Browser extension | Open Cardmarket to process changes |
| CardTrader | API token | Product must match a CardTrader blueprint |
| Shopify | Custom Shopify app | Store installation must be approved |
| WooCommerce | Store URL and API keys | Keys need read and write access |

## Before publishing cards

After connecting a marketplace:

1. check that the connection shows as active;
2. review marketplace-specific settings;
3. publish one test card;
4. confirm the title, price and quantity on the marketplace;
5. only then publish a larger batch.

## One inventory, several marketplaces

The same physical card can be listed on more than one marketplace. TCG STATS keeps the available quantity centrally so a sale can update the other channels.

> Never increase a marketplace quantity directly unless the same physical quantity also exists in TCG STATS.
