# Process your first order

Find the sold card, prepare the parcel and update tracking.

Orders from connected marketplaces appear in the **Orders** section.

## Open the order

1. Open **Orders**.
2. Select the new order.
3. Check the marketplace, buyer and ordered cards.
4. Find the physical cards using their storage locations.
5. Confirm the cards and conditions before packing.

## Prepare and ship

1. Pack the cards safely.
2. Buy or create the shipping label using your normal shipping process.
3. Add the tracking number when one is available.
4. Mark the order as shipped when the screen allows it.

TCG STATS keeps the order history together with the inventory and marketplace information.

## Check your inventory

After the sale is processed, check that the available quantity is correct. Connected marketplace listings should update to the new available quantity.
