## Do I need to sort every card before adding it?

No. You can add cards in any order. [Chaos sorting](/docs/inventory/chaos-sorting) can assign storage positions while cards are processed.

## Can one card be listed on several marketplaces?

Yes. The listings share the available quantity from the same inventory item. A sale on one connected marketplace can reduce availability on the others.

## Why is available quantity lower than total quantity?

Part of the stock may be reserved by a listing, order or active workflow. See [Inventory quantity looks wrong](/docs/troubleshooting/inventory-quantity).

## Does the scanner decide the card condition?

The scanner helps recognize the product and conditions them accordingly. You remain responsible for checking the exact variation, language and condition.

## Does Cardmarket sync automatically in the background?

No, at the time of writing Cardmarket does not offer a public api and new applicatns. Our browser extension respectfully sync your changes to Cardmarket in your own browser.

## What happens when I disable automatic pricing?

Future rule-based price changes stop. The current listing price stays unchanged until you edit it.

## Can I edit sold or removed market records?

Finished marketplace records are kept as history. Correct current inventory or active listings instead of rewriting a completed sale.

## Where should I start when something fails?

Open [Troubleshooting](/docs/troubleshooting), then read the exact status shown on the inventory item, listing or connection.

## What should I never send to support?

Never send your password, verification code, API token, consumer secret or full payment details.
